Deaer Researchers,
I have isolated 20 to 30 fungal isolates from fruit and now have pure colonies . so i want to identify them on morphologically which fungi are those,
some isolates have spore and i have taken there pictures by microscope and morphologically compared with the available fungi. but
how can compare and identify the the remaining isolates who have no spores but have hyphae, ?
other then ITS or RNA methods.

Based on microscopy you can only get so far. As the fungal kingdom is huge narrowing it down to genus or even phylum is helpful.

I agree with Norman van Rhijn However, you have not mentioned that what are you planning to do with your morphologically identified strains?
Cheshta Sharma i want to identify that isolates and then later will check the pathogenicity test and will use different inhibitors against them
In that case I would recommend to molecularly identify these isolates using ITS, D1D2 sequencing to be more sure about the pathogenicity of your strains and action of inhibitors.
