I need to determine some variable from the results of impact test simulation for different combination of a fiber reinforced composite materials. I couldn't find how do I determine the peak load, absorbed energy and total damaged area directly from simulation results without any manual calculation.

I there any way to find these results directly from ANSYS ls-dyna from workbench or ls-dyna prepost?
