Generally, in ANSYS Transient structural it is possible to obtain stress, deformation and deflection of an object with applied loads (constant or variable loads). Also, displacement obtained from the analysis could be used to determine vibrational data (frequencies, amplitude, etc..).

Also ANSYS Modal would give you modal data for your desired object.
