How to determine flourocsent signal by using TECAN Infinite M Nano Plus microplate reader? Can anyone please give me the protocol and how to use it??

To determine fluorescent signal using TECAN Infinite M Nano Plus microplate reader, you can follow the general protocol outlined below:

Turn on the TECAN Infinite M Nano Plus microplate reader and allow it to warm up for 30 minutes before use.

Prepare the samples and the fluorescent dye according to your experimental design.

Transfer the samples and fluorescent dye to a black 96-well microplate, making sure to label the wells accordingly.

Set up the TECAN Infinite M Nano Plus microplate reader by selecting the appropriate excitation and emission wavelengths for your fluorescent dye. You can find this information in the dye's technical data sheet.

Insert the microplate into the reader and ensure that the plate is level.

Select the appropriate read mode, such as endpoint or kinetic, and start the reading.

Once the reading is complete, export the data to a file format that can be analyzed using appropriate software or tools.
