Can anyone help me with the interaction parameter between two oppositely charged polyelectrolytes in a mixture of polyelectrolyte with viscometry technique? I have used Huggins equation and Krigbaum theory in order to obtain the miscibility parameter, but it seems the results are not proper for the polyelectrolyte systems. Do you know the proper equation and theories for such kinds of systems?

you are dealing with a polyelectrolyte complex system (simplex) and not a simple polyelectrolyte solution. There is a book of Professors Dautzonberg and Joachim Kötz, if I remember well it deals with this situation, it took too much to explain this, so sooner I will upload this book and may others for more details.
