Is there any relation between thin film permittivity and nearfield dipole coupling and emission?

Hi, Can anybody help me if various interfaces, metallic and non-metallic thin films, influences the nearfield dipole radiation? I would like to specifically know about the influence of permittivity (both real and imaginary components) and refractive index (both real and imaginary components) on dipole radiation and energy transfer.

Can anyone help me with the relevant articles?
