What are the main and dominant tight junction proteins existed in the cell membrane of MDCK II, before cell attachment and cell-cell adhesion?

Hi,

I would like to know which Tight Junction proteins are more dominant in MDCK cell membranes before starting to attach to surface and growth.

Is there any sequential protein recruitment (I mean ZO-1, occludin or claudin) to the surface after they attach?

How is the localization of these proteins before and after surface attachment, as well as before and after cell-cell adhesion?

I would appreciate if you could help me with any kind of references.
