Helle!I need to verify my miRNA microarray results with qPCR, and I have Agilent kit for RT-qPCR miRNA 1st-strand cDNA synthesis kit (#600036) and miRNA qPCR kit (#600583). It has some kind of “universal reverse primer” included, and I have to design forward primer specific for the miRNA of interest (generally it should have the sequence identical to miRNA but if necessary modified to fit the required amplification conditions). I would prefer to order verified primers. Does anybody know if somebody is providing primers for that type of kit or have some suggestions how to design it (which program to use etc.). Thank you in advance!
