Options for seawater alkalinity reference material/standard?

Due to COVID-19 situation, at the moment there is no available batch for Seawater alkalinity CRM from Scripps laboratory. I need to validate a method I'm using for the determination of seawater alkalinity (manual open cell titration with HCl made in NaCl). Is anyone familiar with any alternatives to Dickson's CRM?

As I'm doing this for the first time, I need to make sure that the method is valid. Maybe there is a way to make a seawater standard of known alkalinity to check the method?
