any tips to reduce the evaporation of ethanol while powder reconstitution? Will it continue evaporate after adding it to cancer line?.

If you are concerning about the problem of evaporation, you could also dissolve such fat-soluble chemical in DMSO to prepare a stock. And make sure that the final concentration of DMSO in cell medium should be below 0.1%, which would not be toxic to the cells.
