can any one explain about culture of Microzooplankton, especially tintinnids or heterotrophic dinoflagellates and ciliates
Tintinnids are very hard to make culture. I advice you to sample in the nature.
But what would you like to study with this tintinnids?

One basic type of culture Ciliates. You need water, some rice with husk. It´s desirable water from a local that you sampled yours ciliates. The rice is a substratum for bacterial. These bacteria will be preyed by your ciliate.
