I hope you already carried out basic experiments with your organism with flask, either static or shake culture. Basically, for Lb species, MRS or YPG nedium will do. For culturing in a fermentor, you better apply your basic data obtained through the flask culture. For example, which medium your Lb sp. prefers, or if it grows better in static culture than shake culture, etc. meaning that it does not like/need too much oxygen, or the other, so, depending on your basic results, you have to control your aeration rate or agitation rate. So, better you carry out some flask cultures to learn the character of organism, and apply these data to perform a fermentation culture. Good luck.
As Tapan Kumar Mazumder said MRS for Lb species is the best way to carry out basic experiments. Using the best condition in MRS (lab scale) you can scale-up it to bioreactor. You can prepare it using the folowing reactives:
