I have submitted my manuscript on mechanistic interaction of proteins with nanoparticles. As i consider nanoparticle as a single molecule and calculated its molecular weight accordingly and written concentration in micromolar terms. I got comment that "The nanoparticles are known to be insoluble in a solvent but dispersed with a certain suspension density hence they can’t be formed as micromolar or nanomolar concentrations rather they should be in microgram or mg per mL suspension". I am having little trouble to convert those micromolar concentrations to microgram or mg/ml.

How they have written the concentration of MoS2 (stock-0.5 mg/ml) in terms of mg/ml in the Fluorescence quenching graph (Figure 6 A) when they added 10 microL each time in titration.
