How to construct MLST phylogenic tree?

I am trying to construct the MLST phylogenic tree for the Campylobacter jejuni but I am not sure how to alline all those seven genes for the construction of the phylogenic tree. Do I need to extract all the 7 genes from each individual bacterial strain and construct a tree or there is a way I can do it directly.

Hi Sabin,

Do you can use the goeBURST full MLST algorithm in Phyloviz 2.0 (https://www.phyloviz.net/) to construct your MLST-based minimal spanning tree. For this you need extract all 7 housekeeping genes, if exist a alternative way directly from ST number I dont know.
