How to compare proliferation rate curves?

I have control and untreated groups observed through mts assay and obtained OD values for seven days. I have already plotted in the data and wanted to know how to compare both of these curves if they have any difference. What statistical data would you like to recommend?

Hello, several methods can be applied like ANOVA, linear regression depends from your variables.
