I prepared a 475mM Chlorhexidine+DMSO stock solution. My plan is to use this stock to dilute it to 2.375mM with medium. However, the problem was when I was adding the medium, the solution clumped together and I was not able to make a homogeneous solution. I am asking everybody if you have any ideas to troubleshoot this solution?

I attached a picture in which I obtained a little sample and diluted it with DMEM medium.
