I am working on load combination effects on structure and i need to combine the results of response spectrum analysis with static structural ... How can i achieve the desired results ?
I don't quite understand what you want to achieve, but if you want to use the static structural analysis as a preload for the modal/response spectrum analysis, then you have to connect the results of the static structural analysis with the setup of the other two in the projects view of the workbench. If you want to combine the results in your diagram, then you can export the data to Excel and add the result of the static structural as a data point at 0 Hz.

In ANSYS workbench, Spectrum analysis does not allow the combination of any of the analysis (here, structural) results with itself. For code based design procedure checks, you need to perform stress linearization for both structural and Spectrum analysis separately. After performing linearization you can make load combination.
