Hello everyone!

I use pCDH-CMV-MCS-EF1-Neo vector to transfect Hek293 cells. During culture of the stalbe cell lines, i found my GOI expression level is high. However, we hope a lower expression level of GOI, which may reduce the interference of the HEK293 cell.

Can anyone give me a idea about how to reduce the expression level ?
