I want to do a double immunofluorescence staining, and I am wondering how to choose the secondary antibody, if both of the primary antibodies are from the same host; rabbit.

In other words, I need to do double staining using Antibodies X and Y, while:

primary Antibody X --> host is rabbit

primary Antibody Y --> host is rabbit

how to choose the secondary antibodies for this double staining experiment? Should I use anti-rabbit and ..?

Your suggestions are appreciated! Thanks in advance.
