i am working on a project titled 'renewable powered wireless charging of electric vehicle' where i have generated 100kw of power from solar panels using matlab software.now i need to do mathematical modelling for WPT. here i couldn't understand how to choose resonant frequency, inductor, capacitance values for the system.

you have to find a balance between low frequency (about 20 kHz, large inductors and capacitors, relatively slow, cheap semiconductors) and high frequency (some 100 kHz, small inductors and capacitors, fast switching, expensive semiconductors). In order to remain on the safe side, I would choose the largest inductor acceptable in the application, determine necessary voltage and current, look for suitable MOSFETs or IGBTs resp. IGBT modules, estimate the power loss per switching process and the acceptable average power loss. On this basis, you can choose the maximum frequency, and finally, from fr = 1 / (2 * pi * sqrt(L * C)) follows the capacitance.

I would like to ask you do want to transfer all this power by WPT. I think it is very challenging to transfer such huge power using wireless transfer.
You have to convert the DC to AC by using either an inverter or an oscillator.
It is very important that you keep the efficeincy as high as possible and also to work at the maximum power point of the array. Then you transfer the AC power by two coupled resonance circuit where the primary circuit will be series connected while the output will be parallel connected.
To affect an appreciable power transfer the two magnetically coupled coils must be kept in a close proximity.
Choosing the resonance circuit elements depend on the operating frequency. As the frequency increases you circuit will be more compact.
You can consult the literature to see the state of the art of such equipment.
