How to check stability of valproic acid and 5-Aza-2'-deoxycytidine.

I am working with valproic acid and 5-Aza-2'-deoxycytidine. Perticularly, I wish to look for its impact on functional responses of cells. How I can see, whether my inhibitors are working or loosing stability?
