I want to adapt the cell lines I use in my research. The thing is that I will use a clonigenic assay to see the survival after treatment with different concentrations of radiolabeled antibodies in a multi-well plot plate. The protocols that I read are for adherent cells. I am concerned about washing them out during the staining process.
