I have recently started to work with Flowing Software 2.5.1, Unfortunately I am stuck in the analysis of the data, because I can not modify the range the default axis values of the dot plot. Basically, I can go from logarithm to linear scale, but, for example, I cannot change the minimum and maximum value of each exis.

Did you figure it out? I am having a similar problem.
Unfortunatly, I didn't. I suggest try to use FCS Express 6 (for fcs file). There are several templates that explain how to use this software (youtube), which is very intuitive (for 1 month is free).
it is possible: the Flowing Software contains a Lin/Log Changer. There is a short tutorial on the Documentation page under "Tool Specific Help".
This question is old but i think it might help someone else in a similar problem.

There is no direct tool within the software, but there is a way around it.
1. Open the data on your flowing software as usual.
2. Right click and export data>save data as ".txt (delimited) somewhere on your pc
3. open microsoft excel
4. Go to file>open> (search for the txt file you saved previously)
5. Adjust accordingly as suggested on flowing software webpage under documentation>Read TXT files http://flowingsoftware.btk.fi/index.php?page=4
6. Once done, save the file, then close it
7. Go back to your flowing software, create a dot plot or histogram or as you wish,
8. Then goto file>open TXT (tab delimited), and open the txt file
9. If it doesnt display as you wish, go back to step 3 and play around with the ScaleMin and ScaleMax values.
Tip: I assume the numbers in the excel sheet would be very long. To easily find the minimum and max values in your data, copy a column of the values to another worksheet and sort from smallest to largest or vice versa.

If it is still interesting, I think I`ve found a possible solution.
You can click on the graph that you like with the mouse right button and manually copy values from the graph to the clipboard. Then you can make a dot plot or histogram manually even in Excel. The graph is not the best and you cannot use contour plot, but you can rearrange your data and axis as you wish.- You can adjust axes to the logarithmic scale and prepare tickmarks as you want.

Otherwise, it may be reasonable to just set up the scales appropriately.
Because I do not know how to import Tab-delimited TXT files. As I understand, you can change some parameters and convert your data into this type of files.
I`ll be grateful if anybody suggests how to do that.
