How to calculate residual stress measured by high energy X-ray Diffraction?

Hi, all. I have measured the residual stress of 3D samples by high energy X-ray Diffraction and obtained the raw Debye arcs TIFF images. I am wondering how to calculate the residual stress and

1) How to determine the value of n (which is the order of reflection) in Bragg's law;

2) There are several peaks in the diffraction profile, which peak should I use;

3) After calculating the strain on the hkl plane, how to calculate the fianl directional and principal residual stress?
