The easiest thing is to download and install the freeware Visual Minteq. It works rather well if you don't have some particularly exotic chemistry going on.

If the concentrations and the constituents are known , it would be easy to calculate the pH using the formula:

pH = pKa+log [conjgate base]/[acid]
