I have attached the method as well as calculations for drug release but could not find appropriate results even after several repetitions. It was clearly visible that there must be a high percentage of drug release (as it was coloured drug). Please help me find a solution to the experiment that is done. Thank you.

Amount of drug = Concentration × Dissolution bath volume × dilution factor

Cumulative percentage = Volume of sample withdrawn (ml) × P (t – 1) + Pt

Where Pt = Percentage release at time t
Where P (t – 1) = Percentage release previous to‘t’
An important issue related to calculation for drug release might be the saturation due to high level of absorption/emission in colored drug. Dilute your samples 10 times or 100 times and then take the readings. This way, you will find appropriate readings.
As you have not mentioned the nature of your particles containing drug, it is difficult to see what would be the optimal release time. But normally, the drug release profile is evaluated for more than 24 hours.
Dear Hanan Azzam. I have followed the formula and I have attached the calculation too. And the release seemed to be very good visually and also through UV-Vis analysis. Please have a look at the attached file and suggest if possible
