Please help me figure our how i can know the concentration of bacterial crude extract. I extracted the bacterial using methanol and was evaporated using a roto vap to 200ul and then i added 1ml of methanol to store the extract.

Now i want to use the extract for cytotoxic study on cell lines but i can seems to understand the concentration of extract to use in the testing.
