We are fabricating acrylamide beads as probe substrate. How can we make streptavidin bind to the surface of the acrylamide?

Thanks! Doufnoune RACHIDA Rachida Abdelkader BOUAZIZ I have actually noticed the acrylamide-streptavidin molecule. The problem is that it is too expensive, and we only want it on the surface. So I wonder if there is any other way to conjugate the streptavidin to the surface of polyacrylamide afterwards
