Hi

I am trying to analyse the effectiveness of strength training program on time trial performance for different sports, running, cycling swimming etc. As the distances, mode and unit of measurements are different, i don't think i can simply analyse it based on the absolute change in performance. Apart from converting to % change, is there any other way to do it?

E.g. Running (s) - Pre: 100 (SD 10), Post: 90 (SD 9)

Cycling (W) - Pre: 240 (SD 24), Post: 260 (SD 26)
