It sounds like chi-square is an appropriate test for what you want to do. If you truly are worried about the "reliability" of online calculators, then run your data through more than one them and see if the results agree.

McNemar test works for it. You can do it with following link:

McNemar test sounds better than chi-sq, since it takes account of the repeated measure.

But i'm still unable to get the statistics here. I want to do analysis like this (I'm sharing a picture from an article). Is it McNemar test? The methods section of this article says they have used SPSS and Excel.

I prefer SPSS as it is more widely accepted by the scientific research community. I have used SPSS and am comfortable with the maneuverability.
