The trabecular bone volume decreases on advancing the ages. It is clear that aged mice have lower bone volume than younger mice. By reading many articles I am still having confusion between younger and adult mice. I would be thankful if someone can give me clear idea about changing pattern in trabecular bone volume in between younger and adult mice.

To be more specific, till what age the trabecular bone volume increases and then starts decreasing in mice?
