I am planning to simulate condensation of moist air in ANSYS FLUENT. Say the inlet conditions of air is at 30 degree Celsius and relative humidity 80%. While giving mass transfer mechanism in ANSYS FLUENT, (Lee Model) a value of saturation temperature needs to be provided. What value should I enter for saturation temperature? The dew point for the inlet condition is 26.2 degree celsius. Should I give dew point as saturation temperature and as constant or should follow Antoine relation as expression or UDF in ANSYS FLUENT?
Saturation temperature means boiling point. The saturation temperature is the temperature for a corresponding saturation pressure at which a liquid boils into its vapor phase.
The saturation temperature can be an input that the user can provide as a function of other thermodynamics properties.
