What is the criteria followed to classify an energetic material as insensitive?

I would like to know the general classification followed to classify a material as insensitive. What are the corresponding values for Thermal, Friction, Impact, ESD and Shock sensitivities for a true insensitive energetic material.

In this case I can suggest to you a book entitled "Emerging Energetic Materials: Synthesis, Physicochemical, and Detonation Properties" which can be downloaded for free (see attached). In Chapter 1 of the book the "Properties of Insensitive Energetic

Materials and Their Measurement" are discussed. This should give you useful information.
