There is a new publication which seems to be mentioned almost anywhere, i.e. in any public journals and media. They call it even a "new organ".

The article you mention shows no proofs of unexplained organ specific metastasis through these "serolymphatic spaces". It may explain why a tumor has spread beyond the organ that contains it and without apparent vascular permeation at the tumor level. But otherwise it does not change the classical concepts on metastasis. The serolymphatic space described in the article should be considered as a space related with the lymphatic system.
