Here, RP= [Reciprocal of ED50 of Test Vaccine/ Reciprocal of ED50 of Reference Vacccine] * [dose of TV/dose of RV]*potency of STD

I have calculated the ED50 for for test and ref. vaccine but confusion arise for setting up the value of dose of TV and RV. How I can assume the single human dose for both TV and RV?
