Hello to everyone,

I am currently conducting a study on immunogenicity of Shingrix vaccine in hematological patients. After a research in recent publication I noticed that an in house ELISA is mostly used.

Since in our lab there is no available equipment to produce recombinant VZV gE, could anyone suggest a commercial ELISA kit for that?

Or if there are commercially available all the components separately to run ELISA in the lab?

I found this kit online https://www.acrobiosystems.com/P5408-Varicella-Zoster-Virus-Glycoprotein-E-%28VZV-gE%29-ELISA-Kit.html , but I do not quite understand what the term '' vaccine samples'' means.

Also, I am not sure if this kit measures anti-gE concentrations after natural immunity, which is not the point od our study.

I am lloking forward for your help!

Thank you in advance
