See there are numerous personal traits that may influence a person to purchase health insurance. I suggest read personality trait theory and take a cue from that theory and identify few factors that you might find might be playing an some influential role under varied situation and conditions. Also take a reference from several other studies been done in other business contexts to support your argument.
