I bought penicilin G potassium, stremtpmycin sulphate powder, and benomyl for antibacterial and antifungal purpose. However, most of the formulation media were added with ready mixture solution (penicilin-streptomycin soution). I would like to make media for orchid tissue culture, how much concentration added to the media is significantly minimize the contamination of my culture?
