How much ethanol and DMSO/DMF are tolerable for intrathecal injections in rats ?

I need to inject drugs that are very poorly soluble in aqueous solutions. My stocks are in either 100% ethanol or 100% DMF or DMSO. When I dilute them in saline, the solution is not clear.

What is the maximum amount of 100% ethanol, or DMSO/DMF that I can inject without toxicity ?
