I mean sequencing + assembling. The genome of that species has been already sequenced.
It depends which technology to use (NGS, Pac-Bio etc).
If you consider raw data coverage, for same amount of coverage NGS would be cheaper but harder to work with than Pac-Bio. (assembly contingency)
With pac bio,I believe around 40x-50x coverage for an average bacteria genome you would easily get chromosome level assembly using CANU.

The price of sequencing varies. If I were you I would connect directly with the companies.

I recommend you Macrogen. They offer sequencing on many platforms.
I would choose SMRT (Pac-Bio etc), if you have only one candidate for sequencing.
Hi, I guess it depends on which platform and company you choose. For example, Sanger is cheap but others such as Myseq is more expensive but more reliable method.
