I'm trying to find some target genes for my experiment using results of a ChIP-chip published by another group. They used a non-commercial microarray. In their database, they have ID numbers and the sequence of 50mer oligos corresponding to each ID, but the problem is that there are no genome coordinates. So, I have to BLAST them to figure out the region of the genome each ID is representing. Is there a software out there that I can use to BLAST the database? I don't have much experience with computer programming, so writing a code myself is not going to be easy for me!
