I am trying to obtain a stronger readout from an experiment that involves a transcription factor binding a target DNA sequence. I have experimented with single and triple tandem copies and there is a stronger signal with the three copies, however I would like it to be stronger - is there a limit to how many tandem copies of the target sequence I can use?
