How many mouse splenocytes were stored in each cryovials?

I am planning to cryopreserved mice splenocytes in 10% DMSO +90% FBS media ( 1ml is added in each vial) for future experiments. I am NOT sure what's minimum number of mice splenocytes cells should be stored in each cryovials? 1 million in each vial?

Hello, for example It can be from 100k from 10M depends from further use .
