How long should i transfer a 500 kda protein for BN PAGE?

Does anyone have the experience with transferring a large protein for BN PAGE? i an working with BN PAGE now. i tried to do transferring at 30v for 3h. but i did not get any band by WB. could anyone know what problems might be? thanks!
