Hello,

I am trying to keep culturing adult neural stem cells of SVG or DG as neurospheres with 3 months old BL6 mice.

I use Neuro basal medium plus B27, EGF, and FGF2 or DMEM/F12 plus N2, EGF, and FGF2.

Initially, neurospheres grow, but after two or three pssages they stop growing. Is that common?

Do you know how long they are supposed to be cultured?
