Could someone explain to me how the measurement of Galvanic Skin Response is affected by the change of the area of contact surface between skin and electrodes and the contact pressure? For example, using the same two fingers, but in one measurement, the GSR is measured between two finger tips with soft touch and small contact area and in another measurement with the same finger tips but with strong touch and big contact area.

Dear Anh,
if you have differences in the measurement parameters, there will be a difference in the absolute value of the measured signal. But to analyze the GSR, you can use the relative changes of the signal and the number of responses.
