I used cy3 labeled aptamers to treat the mice with tumors. I will examine the frozen slides with immunofluorescence. I was wondering has anybody stored fluorescence labeled frozen tissue slides at -20C for 2-3 weeks prior to staining?
we work for years and years with Cy3 conjugated probes and never had any problems storing samples at -20C. You might want to ensure that you use proper mounting medium. I use with Prolong gold and Vecta Shield with great success.
