How to obtain binary mask images of breast MRs which are annotated using ITK-SNAP or MITK toolbox?

I will annotate tumors in breast MR images using MITK or ITK-SNAP toolbox? Which one is easier to use? And also, How we can obtain binary mask of each image from those toolbox?
