I have studied nif h from soil rhizosphere. It is a metagenomic study. Now it is a matter of submission to any data bank. Due to some kind of new changes in NCBI data bank, I am facing difficulty.
Hi Arshad, once you have checked your sequences still match the requirements of GenBank after the new changes (you can check here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genbank/submit_types), I suggest you to submit them with one of the submission tools you can download here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genbank/submit. I have not tested all of them, but Sequin works quite well. Hope it helps...
You need to register a targeted loci bioproject in ncbi and submit all the sequences using normal submission method to GenBank by quoting the Bioproject Id along with the submission.
well thank you all........one step more plzz......I
I tried on NCBI ...the only problem I am facing is that...submission tool ask for reading fram, where is coding seq, starting position of your coding sequence?
