How I can submit nifH (functional gene) sequences amplified from bacteria to any data bank?

I have studied nif h from soil rhizosphere. It is a metagenomic study. Now it is a matter of submission to any data bank. Due to some kind of new changes in NCBI data bank, I am facing difficulty.
